NIW Insight provides a guided immigration self-assessment experience for EB-2 NIW, EB-1A, and EB-1B users. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

Access to saved assessments and reports may depend on authenticated sessions, access grants, or recovery flows that are tied to your account or purchase records.

Free summaries and paid reports are generated from the information you submit. It is your responsibility to review your answers carefully and provide accurate information.

Paid reports may include additional observations, evidence-gap analysis, and downloadable materials. Purchase of a report grants access to the report level you selected, subject to the account and access controls used by the service.

Paid reports are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a report, you authorize the applicable one-time charge for the selected tier. Access is provided after successful payment verification and is tied to the relevant assessment and account context.

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service as the product evolves. We may also take steps to protect the service, investigate misuse, or limit access when needed for security or operational reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is being abused, or if continued access would create security, legal, or operational risk.
