We use your information to create and manage your account, run eligibility assessments, generate free and paid reports, deliver verification and recovery emails, process purchases, and maintain access to results you have unlocked.

We also use submitted information to operate the product securely, investigate abuse or failures, and preserve access to reports tied to your account or access grants.

NIW Insight uses necessary session and access cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain access to assessment results and report pages you are permitted to view. These cookies support account sessions, assessment access grants, and related authenticated product behavior.

We do not describe any non-essential analytics or advertising cookies in this policy unless and until those tools are added to the product.

Assessment summaries and reports include AI-generated informational analysis based on the answers you provide. They are intended to help you organize your case and prepare follow-up questions, not to predict USCIS outcomes or replace advice from a licensed immigration attorney.

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the product, including providers that support authentication, email delivery, report generation, and payment processing. We do not sell your personal information.
