Summary
The short version before the detailed checkpoints.

EB-1A preparation requires two views of the same record: whether the initial evidence fits the regulatory criteria and whether the evidence as a whole shows sustained national or international acclaim in the claimed field.

Review checkpoints
Open the sections you need instead of scrolling through every paragraph at once.

Start with the initial-evidence route counsel should assess: a one-time major internationally recognized achievement, or evidence meeting at least three regulatory criteria. If a listed criterion does not readily apply to the occupation, identify any proposed comparable evidence and preserve the reason it is comparable.

Give each exhibit one primary job. Record the criterion, source, date, applicant's role, and the exact fact the document proves instead of placing the same undifferentiated evidence under several headings.
